I know we are alll very busy and not able to type long replies.<br />I would like to suggest to all of you to post in more x-ray with simple history. So more information could be shared here. Looks for primary lesion. History, PE, and tomour markers,  US abdomen, PR exam, colonoscope.<br />2. if secondary,  I want to know the prognosis.<br />3. is there risk of fracture. If so, fix the lesion using nail. If, single lesion and no fracture risk, radiotherapy.<br />4. if multiple mets, consider hormanal therapy or palliative chemo.<br />EWE]]>

He told me he had done with his family commitment and he wanted something for him to walk better. So the question now is if THR feasible? Fracture) 30 years ago. Had operation to remove part of the joint.<BR>Since then, able to walk with severe limb length discrepency.<BR>He knew about hip replacement some time ago.
